Our shared flats and apartments are either partially furnished or fully furnished, depending on the configuration. The fully furnished flats feature modern and comfortable furnishings, including beds, desks, chairs, shelves and other essential furniture. Both types of flats have a fully equipped kitchen, a shared bathroom and a living room.

YOU CAN CHOOSE BETWEEN A ROOM MEASURING 10 TO 22 M² IN A SHARED FLAT WITH 2, 3 OR 4 PEOPLE. ALL OPTIONS OFFER YOU MORE THAN ENOUGH SPACE FOR COMFORTABLE LIVING AND STUDYING. YOU CAN ALSO CHOOSE BETWEEN THREE FURNISHING OPTIONS: BASIC, COMFORT AND PREMIUM.

THE ENTIRE BUILDING COMPLEX RELIES ON RENEWABLE ENERGIES, EFFECTIVE THERMAL INSULATION AND SUSTAINABLE MATERIALS – MAKING IT A PIONEER IN TERMS OF SUSTAINABILITY AND INNOVATIVE STRENGTH. Our AKKOHOUSE 55 is the ideal solution for student flat shares (WGs). All flats and apartments are accessible, even for students with disabilities. The lift connects all floors of the building, making every flat accessible for people with limited mobility. This makes living comfortable. The flats offer enough space for individual adjustments. The entire building is barrier-free and ensures equal living conditions.

CONCIERGE SERVICE

Our concierge service offers you personal support in almost all areas – whether it's party planning, shopping assistance or transport services. We take care of your individual wishes and needs so that you can concentrate fully on what's important to you.

Our airport shuttle provides comfortable transport between your accommodation and the airport. This saves you time and stress on arrival and departure. Family members can also be transported without any problems.

The mattress service ensures that you always have the right mattress, pillow or blanket. For example, if your pillow is too hard, we will get you a softer one, or if your blanket is too thick, we will exchange it for a thinner one.

Our facility manager takes care of regular waste collection and proper disposal. This ensures that your living area always remains clean and tidy. You don't have to take out the rubbish bins yourself.

Our facility manager ensures cleanliness and hygiene in the communal areas of the building. This means that the stairwell always looks well maintained.

We ensure that the outside of your windows are streak-free and clean. This keeps the view clear and the building looking well maintained.

Our facility manager takes care of all building services – from cleaning and furniture assembly to removals and winter services. If you have any problems or something isn't working properly, please contact our facility manager – he will make sure that everything runs smoothly and that you feel completely at home.

1. Rental details and terms and conditions

Is internet included in the rent?

Yes. In the Premium equipment variant.

Yes. The deposit is two months' rent.

Yes. Payment is due upon signing the rental agreement.

Will the deposit be refunded after moving out?

Yes. You will receive your deposit back after the apartment has been handed over in good order.

Yes. The minimum rental period is 3 months.

Can the rental agreement be extended?

The rent is collected monthly by SEPA direct debit by the third working day at the latest.
